i have been waiting for too long but i see that you wont ever fix eve gate :p (j/k)

BUGS

(a) mail system inside eve gate is awful especially if you use links on them. web links, solar system
links, ship links etc. usually the links do not even appear in eve gate mail system. this sux HUGE time
especially when one receives an evemail that says : "urgent cta - please form up asap in" and then the
message stops :)
i know links are difficult to complete outside eve. no problem. just make eve gate ignore the linking
and just show the text as if it wasnt linked. we dont mind if we cant click the link of a solar system
inside eve gate. who cares. but PLEASE dont remove the name of the system from within the mail
coz then the mail is practically useless.

(b) try to edit your bio through eve gate. damn, you just lost your previous bio and now its empty.

(c) the envelope on top bar doesnt work that well. sometimes it says you have mail while you dont
others it says nothing yet there are mails that havent been read.

(d) writing a new mail through eve gate means selecting recipients in the most ackward and slow
way imaginable. if you cant make it work like inside the game client, please allow us to have address
book with only those we want to include coz now we have to search thru people we never mailed
anyway in our lives.

ADDITIONS

(1) give players the ability to subscribe or unsubscribe mailing lists through eve gate.

(2) allow players to add a new calendar event or accept / deny presence on an existing one.

yes. you will be surprised how many pilots do use eve gate.
its a fast, convenient way to stay tuned of whats happening
inside the game without actually logging in. frees the server
from log-ins that are only used to check mails, calendar,
standings, check on corps and pilots etc etc

EVE GATE is awsome but still in childhood.
bugs are there, yes, but they will be eliminated at some point.

Yes please fix EVE Gate mail. I would like to send proper emails when I can't log into THE precious client.

We can make links in the forum. Why can't we use a WYSIWYG interface for EVE Gate Mail too?

Also when my corp mates use EVE Gate Mail, it usually shows up as one paragraph of text, even though it originally uses multiple paragraphs.

Please put 1 guy on to fix EVE Gate Mail. I'm bored and I'd do it for free!
