POS Array Modules unable to online after tower being down&onlined during 1.1.9 update

To explain the situation:

1. POS tower went offline as per lack of fuel
2. added fuel - set tower to go online ( onlining time was finishing during deployment of Retribution 1.1.9)
3. logged in after down time - tower online, all modules/arrays "anchored" around
now:
- when I try to online module/array system says: "_module_ is already active"
- when I try to offline module/array through the management window, after confirmation, system says: "cannot be interrupted in that action"
- when trying to unanchor structure, the system alert was: "This Ballistic Deflection Array is not currently assisted by a control tower. Unanchoring it will forcibly collapse it's internal Planck Bubble, destroying all contained items. Are you sure you want to do this?" - so I think that all the structures ties to the Control tower have been lost.[ as per "not currently assisted by a control tower"]

Few times tried to re-start the tower but modules/arrays are still in that state - probably the update changes (maybe on the database) could caused that...
I think that the ties between control tower and modules need to be checked in the database....
Anyone can help??
Maybe some workaround/other ideas - or will I have to wait the bug reporting queue?? can't borrow fuel forever??
(got my own in the owen, already cooked ;)

Update:

after another DT we have managed to properly offline and set back on all modules....

Seams like the ties in the database have been re-set during the servers restart and we are now alright with the tower, but I don't think that the problem of happening such thing again has been solved....

The thread can be closed now, but I would leave such scenario under the DEV's consideration. ;)
