Broken installer cant redownload

the launcher wasnt able to "varify" my client so i uninstalled EVE and tried to re-download but then on every download location including the default location it said it wasnt valid Sad

Correction i figured out how to get it to re download, but still every 4 months it seems my launcher breaks and cant "varify" the client, any idea on how to fix this.
