How do I get a level 3 security mission ?

My standing with the level 2 agent is 4.7?
All my agents in my list are all level 1 or 2.
I keep doing mission after mission for this security agent but never get a level 3 agent.

What corp are you running for, What parameters in the Agent Finder, etc.

Edit; Your CORP Standing needs to be 3.0. Not the AGENT Standing/

Will it raise faster if I do all the missions or just stick to security missions ?

Stick to Security.

Spreading out among other L2 Security agents of the same Corp might give a bigger boost(Not sure about this one)

yes, the connections skill will boost standing with corporations you are already positive with.
The social skill may also help as it increases the standing gain you get after a mission

The error is that you look at agent standings. You need either corp or faction standings.
