Incorrect estimated prices when stacking/unstacking

Recently I have noticed that the estimated price of items in a cargohold, container, hangar etc. changes by quite a bit if you stack or unstack the items in there. The value seems to go up and down by about 25%

I have yet to find consistent behaviour, so I do not know what causes it exactly, but stacking seems to be the common factor here.

Anyone else experiencing this issue and maybe already found a workaround?
