Mission LP gain

Quick question about missions:
Does having a high standing with an agent affect the amount of LP recieved for a mission?
And if yes: Does this factor in both the Agent standing, Corporation standing and Faction Standing?

However you should read up on the entire Social skill tree anyway.

There are three different Agent Divisional skills available to increase the amount of Loyalty Points gained per mission.

Security Connections
Distribution Connections
Mining Connections

Each of these skills give an increase (10% bonus per level trained) to the amount of Loyalty Points gained in the specific division.

Security missions give the most Loyalty Points. Next is Mining missions with Distribution missions giving the least amount of Loyalty Points.

Of course various missions within the same Agent Division will give different amounts of Loyalty Points.

Thanks for your answers all. Is there any reason to go for a high faction standing with any of the empires?

The faction standing that you have will bleed out onto the corporation standing that you have. For instance, if you have 5.0 standing with the Caldari state, but only 3.5 standing with the Caldari Navy, you'll still be able to do the Caldari Navy level 4 missions. At extremely high standings, they will give you a one time thing of a several run bpc of a faction frigate, faction cruiser, and faction battleship in that order.

Some of that might be a bit different (haven't run missions or cared about standing except when one of the Empires is shooting at me), so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It's extremely high (9.5 standing with the faction or higher), so it takes a long time to work towards.

Basically it all depends on the player. There's not too many benefits available for gaining high Faction standings..

Maintaining Empire Factions above -5.00 standing (modified by Social skills) will allow players to freely travel throughout all high security systems without being attacked by Faction Navy NPC's. Maintaining Faction standing above -2.00 (modified by Social skills) combined with the required amount of Corporation standing (modified by Social skills) per agent level will allow access to agents above level 1.

Faction standing above +5.00 (modified by Social skills) allows access to most Event Agents along with all regular level 4 and lower level agents within that specific Faction. That standing is fairly easy to gain.

Faction standing above +7.50 (modified by Social skills) allows access to almost all agents within that Faction. That includes level 5 and Cosmos Agents as well. That standing is harder to gain.

Faction standing at +8.50, +9.20 and +9.90 (modified by Social skills) is required to access Gate Cosmos Agents who offer the Faction ship BPC's. That standing is very tough to gain.

To access Research Agents, positive standings (modified by Social skills) in both Faction and Corporation is required along with training specific Science skills.

Basically all NPC Agents, Corporations and Factions look at personal standings modified by Social skills for access.

Of course the other aspect of having high Faction standing is being able to anchor a POS in high security space. That has a lot of other requirements involved as well. Player Corporation standing (unmodified) is used which is based on all Corporation members personal Faction standings.

I'm pretty sure that's about it. Personally as an explorer and mission runner, having high standing with all Empire Factions allows me access to almost every agent available in this game no matter where they're located.
