Is this normal?

The lack of response (not even "in action" or a comment on it) is worrying me, and it is a very important issue :-/

I have a vague memory of Hilmar saying in a blog or a speech or something after the Incarna 'surrender' that Support is indeed bad and in need of fixing and that they would be working on revamping the entire system.

Nothing seems to have happened in the 18 months since.

Won't help my petition? sure. But if nobody ever posts to express their sentiments, they will think people are fine with being put on hold for 2 weeks because nobody complains. (actually they haven't even picked up the phone so to speak).

You've been here long enough to know that even on a good day CCP can't usually find its ass with both hands. They perpetually experience "a higher number of petitions than usual", along the same vein that we have always been at war with Eastasia.

You can be certain of this: They will apologize for any inconvenience. So, you've got that going for you... Which is nice..

Didn't you get the memo when they did the 'collectors item' purge, to remove a ton of 'unintended items' from the game, Entity? CCP hates you, and others who maintain parts of EVE's history. There's probably a red flag on your account somewhere, for 'being disruptive to the party' or something.

Hope you are able to get whatever it is resolved, we're certainly curious.
