Major Screen Size Issue

My 32 inch monitor recently died, and so I've had to temporarily downgrade to a much much smaller, and older monitor. That shouldn't have anything to do with EVE, but when I try to start up EVE Online it opens in a window and only shows me the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. It doesn't allow me to go full-screen, or scroll, or change my view at all. So, I can't play. Is there anyway to get the game to resize to match my current screen size?
