I got bad news for you...

I believe he is speaking if future tense, for when they do the POS revamp. They might allow JC to WH then. Maybe.

Yeah, it doesn't work this way, JC don't work inside WH, but could.

If the cloning facility would unbalance WH, simply make it don't work on POSs there.
