All bar the last one. And this is very situational dependent on your personal finances.
I personally have no issue spending $ to buy/sell PLEX for multi-billion isk. but the $ value for me is way less than spending hours grinding for ISK when I could be out pvp'ing for fun. Having said that i don't spend many $ on PLEX as i have to justify that spend to the minister for war and finance which is often a more difficult task than making the isk Shocked
