Stop Chat Auto-Scrolling While Viewing Chat History

Currently it's difficult to read previous chat messages because every time someone posts a new message, the chat scrolls down. This is especially bothersome in any very active area (i.e. Jita.) Preferably, the moment you scroll up to view the history, it would stop pushing the chat up. Hopefully it would be relatively simple to code.



(I think this is the right channel, and hasn't been posted before. A quick search turned up nothing, and I figured it wasn't really a issue/bug.)

Definite a paper cut issue. Agreed.

To clarify: This happens when the chat has reached it's cache limit.
