First of all Im not sure where to post this nor am I sure if its even going to matter. I put in a petition under the exploits tab but idk how long before a GM gets back to me.

I currently operate mostly around the Ikami solar system and Hampinen and have seen this for quite a number of weeks, just never really noticed until now. These players are seemingly always on.

There is a group of characters, more then 20 I believe that seem to be bots. I currently see 9 Raven Navy Issues all with the same name running seperate missions here in Hampinen and each of these ravens is followed by a noctis with a random name of letters. Looking back I have seen these ravens every single time i come through this system and I play quite often. Im not sure if it is indeed a bot or just someone with a lot of accounts but I feel I should bring it to your attention. (zyysuyrkcnq) (ahcwzivxis) (ec dbyn) are the names of a few of the noctis pilots but I cant tell the ravens pilots names as they are all in missions and changed the name of the ship to Raven. Maybe some griefers would like to come get some fancy faction BS kills if the GMs cant do anything about it?

And again Im not sure where to post this so feel free to move this thread to the correct forum if need be.

Report them as bots using to UI tool but only do this if you are sure they are bots.

^How? I tried the method that was listed but dont get the option to do it. I think it was removed maybe. And I just got a response from the GMs, that was the fastest they have ever answered a petition for me lol less than 10 minutes!

Edit: The GM reply was just a "yes thank you for the info" message lol

If he provides a ship scan result with a nice selection of goodies we will happily send a detatchment to deal with them.

There is literally an infestation of 1 man corps all the corporations are named after the one character in the Corp. All fly Raven Navy Issue and are similarry fitted. Usually somewhat pimped ships actually. I've seen them in all mission hubs i've been too.

Yes but did you get to keep the isk?

Maybe I should use my Research alt that is holding a corp for me to war dec them, See if they will pay a ransom without researching the corp. =)

Seems like I hit the botting goldmine lol. Just checked and they are all still there flying their Ravens. GM replied to me nearly 5 hours ago and seems like they have done nothing. Maybe if enough people post here CCP will take more notice and see that we really do have an infestation as an above poster so clearly stated lol.

yes we got to keep the isk. as we kept ccp in the loop.

Again I dont see the report bot option anywhere. Right clicked on name, clicked portrait, checked everything I could think of. I only get the report isk spammer option.

I've personally found HUNDREDS of characters doing the exact thing you describe....somehow in the space of a couple of hours i can find a bunch of bots with NO dev tools....i'll flag them to see just how long they stay around...turns out, they are doing something that CCP's anti botting protocols can't find. I've watched these guys be around long enough to skill into T2 launchers. I even just stumbled on a new set the other day...(yes, i am even accidentally finding these guys, where CCP is looking for and MISSING them)

Oh, and in November with Retribution, CCP decided they didn't want players ganking other players in missions, as after that AI update, the rats retarget the new pilots on grid within seconds...leaving not enough time to survive in a gank Teir3 BC...using Talos since it has the best DPS. Could use Nado's for alpha, but that would require a heck of alot more than 2. (was possible before that patch to follow them into the mission, and wait for them to hit ~60 shield then melt them with two 1,800 dps talos's (in a .5-.6 system)

But that is a mute point anyway since i was not able to pull off any more ganks after that patch since my gank pilots were already getting shot before i could get close enough to facemelt the bot's CNR.

It is fun to break their missions though....go in and steal their mission critical loots, they won't attack you, but you break their code for a short time as it figures out what to do.

But even when you report 50+ accounts at the same time, and they all get banned, CCP won't give you even so much as a "thanks for your help". Its funny how they'll give "glitch" snitches a plex for their effort, but when you find hundreds of bots they somehow missed...zero-zip-nada. Well fine, you don't want to encourage me to do YOUR job...fine, i'll stop doing the work for you.

And yes, i'm pretty sure these are bots, as a pilot running multi-box software would have a hard time manipulating 20 different accounts each in their own mission with different objectives (for over 10 hours every day). Also, these bots never tried to make the kill-rights they had on me public.
