Blueprints

Let's say I have a blueprint. When it's brand new, it's like any other item. Multiple items of the same can be stacked. The moment I try to use the blueprint to manufacture the item, it becomes unpackaged. If I don't have the necessary resources to manufacture the item the blueprint can't be repackaged even though none of the licensed production runs have not been used.

It seems to me that if the blueprint still has all it's production runs intact, the blueprint should be able to be repackaged and resold if I decide I don't want to mess with it. Right now I can only try to sell it by contract.

If you allow repackaging youll have to strip everything off of it, in thoery it should be doable but youll get emo rage for those accidenters who repackage thier 100me/100pe prints.

It should only apply to blueprints that have all their original production runs intact. If an item has been manufactured, using one of the production runs I shouldn't be able to be repackaged.

I'm thinking of an incident where I have a blueprint and when I try to use it I discover I don't have all the materials and decide I don't want to deal with it and would rather recoup what I spent on it and go in a different direction.
