Not a new pilot, returning player

Want:
Corp that has active pvp base 5-10 people on average per roam
Corp that works in the GMT TZ and also has english as a primary language
Corp that has voice comms
Corp that has regular PvP roams
Family type attitude, I don't want to be "just a number" to a corp/ alliance
Chance to get some iskies on the side
Corp that has an active player base 5-10 people per day (dont have to be pvpers)
Regular ops (doesnt have to be pvp but the more chances I get to come along on a roam the better) any time between 12pm and 10pm gmt/ eve time
Corp that is humerous but is also serious when it calls for it
Corps with a decent pvp history (to show you have some expeirence and knowledge of what your doing)

Pref but no required
Dust 514 playerbase
Ship reemburisment program

PVP I want/ willing to try:
FW (recently had a chat with someone who does FW. I've never tried it before but supposably theres good cash to be had)
Small gang pvp (I've tried blob combat once before and it left a pretty bad impression would probably give it another try but not keen)
Low sec (I'm alright with low sec but the one problem I have is the fact that sec status takes a very long time to get back)
Null sec (spent alot of time down in null so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect however I'm not a huge fan of living down in null because it is difficult to get decent fittings and ordering things from high sec normally requires a few days which leaves me with nothing to do)



Dont want
Corp that is full of alpha nerds
High sec only pvp/ wardecs only (I dont mind doing a bit of high sec pvp but certainly dont want it as a main feature)
Constant blob warfare
Lots of things to sign up to. (I dont mind giving my full API, signing up to a website and into a voice comm server but having to do this multiple times is a no go) but in short corps in CFC need not apply
Corp waveing the req's to join (I dont want to be in a corp that has a req of 20M sp and im only 4m SP too much would be expected and it would feel redundant as hell)
Massive corps and alliances

deep 0.0 based corp

What I offer
Extremely active pilot, often on every day of the week for around 5-12 hours (got lots of time and not enough to do with it, so I dont wana be ship spinning all day long waiting for somthing to happen)
Can participate it most ops. I can mine with a MB, explore with some competence and help with missioning ops
Adaptive pilot, I can usually fill a specific role pretty quickly should I have the right skills, so far I've done tackle, dps and e-war (all with frigs)
I am flying t1 frigs for the time being while I skill up, can also fly dessies and cruisers to but rather would keep to frigs while I'm getting core skills sorted and ready.
Some pvp expeirence, I'm not a brand new player when it comes to pvp but at the same time I'm far from being an expert on it so the corp will have to deal with this in mind.
Somewhat decent Dust 514 player (would be better if my kb/m set up worked right but ps3 says no) who specialises in logi support role and is also training for drop ships.
Independant minded pilot, I don't like constantly asking others for help or to do stuff so dont expect any hand holding I am somewhat capable.

Psycological Operations Specialists (-POS) is a dedicated small and medium gang PvP corp based in NPC 0.0 space.
