I'll go ahead and post new concern.

My original formatted post is few post above.

Since joining BNI I have stumbeled into a rather ironic situation, which is Wardec-s.

Thanks to wardecs, BNI which it self is really awesome and place to have fun and learn in the same time (you dont have to wait for 3months before you are allowed into "fleets").

This has lead into a situation where the most dangerous place (not kidding) for a 4 day newbie, who has joined Brave Newbies to learn and be tought, is actually HIGH SEC.

Basically we can not enter high sec without a blob or help (which itself is rather hard, because older players are already denied into high sec because of the concord and security status), because every gate starting from 0.5 is camped by War decs, who never enter into low-sec to have fair fights, they instead are camping high sec gates into hubs, where a newbie can buy hes frigate 500k isk cheaper and no they are not camping there for 30 minutes, they camp there for 5hours straight (yes TAXU im talking about you) to whore killmails from Noobships.

This leads into an awesome stagnation, a newbie player has choises: be in NPC corp, which is really boring, I wouldnt be playing and bought the game if there wasnt BNI or you can join other newbie friendly corps who force you to go 1 route and 1 route only if you want to pvp. Im not even gonna talk opportunities to make isk, they are much more greater in high sec for a newbie than in low-sec.

!PS I dont know how to fix this, but I find it lame that you can declare a war on someone and already fight on unfair terms given by game by default (sec status vs sec status).

Corporation Nomination: Brave Newbies inc.

Concern:
Not only is industry confusing to get started with, it feels like the only thing a newbie industrial player can do which is marginally profitable is mine or haul. Both of which aren't the best fun in the world. It'd be great if there were some more exciting things to do industry wise without having to have trained for a month or two (which in effect means about 3 or 4 months when you take into account training mission running type skills because otherwise your account's just sitting there doing nothing while you train).

All isk rewards up to this email have been paid.

I have donated some isk to Xander on everyone's behalf for the work he has done for us all, and I'm surprised that no-one has nominated him yet!!

Eve University, The Angel Project and a few other new player friendly groups have received donations of POS equipment, skills or isk also on your behalf.

Seems like everyone has voted now eh? :3

Still taking nominations for nonprofit or new player friendly corp donations!

I will go over every post so far and make sure everyone has recieved their rewards, 98x skill book sets have been donated so far, and will be working on the rest this weekend.

While Brave Newbies declined the donation of 8 pos and various modules, looks like they will be getting a donation of isk due to the overwhelming nominations in this thread :)

Some interesting issues have come up in this thread, especially the lack of resources for new players (even though there is an abundance of available material made by both players and CCP) and we'll be using your submissions to try and build a prototype platform to submit to the CSM for consideration.
