It was a precaution in-case I was inundated with requests from people with less than honorable intentions.
Get any new players you come across and help to post in here and take part, and I'll send you some isk for skill books/ ships.

hoping to get some stuff

gripes:

1) Jumpclones. I was told that I need very high standings when in reality all I had to do was use a free clone corp service. Would save me from the endless mission grind. (Not a fan of missions level 1-3 and too weak to do lvl 4). There should be more info on that right from the beginning, then noobs like me would not be so affraid to venture into nullsec.

2) Getting spammed with contracts in jita. When you're new it's hard to tell what is a good deal and what isn't.

3) Miining grind when you're a beginner and trying to haul ore/mins. Venture mining is painful. Couldn't find any ladar sites=no alternative to mining ore. Don't know how to fix that.

Issue or Concern: I've just subscribed to Eve after my 21 day trial and I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of information there is to process for the game. The learning curve seems very steep and I am still working on trying to get acclimated. I hope I qualify for the skill books, as they would help me tremendously.

I can confirm that our new players were indeed rewarded for participating here, and our training corp even got a bit of extra funds for setting up a skillbook library.
