Kamikaze Tactics is founded on several basic principles:

¤ No drama. I have a very itchy trigger finger on the "Kick" button.
¤ No mass recruiting. Our goal is to reach maximum 50 members or even less depending on activity levels.
¤ No closed-off Illuminati. I'm available all the time to answer questions to individual members about the direction of the alliance, ship reimbursement, my favorite color, etc.
¤ Self-sustainability

Our corporation is part of Insidious Empire which is apart of HBC. We are a very small group of Active PvP Pilots with a commitment to strong Teamwork, Efficiency and Relationship between members (insert your innuendo of choice). We as a corporation are based on Capitals & Black Ops ONLY and nothing else really although we will from time to time fly other ship compositions but very rarely.

We do have several benefits to prospective members looking to join up:

¤ We have an extremely large and active capital & super-capital fleet for our small size. If you have a cap/super, it will be used with us and will be done so in tandem with Pandemic Legion and TEST supers under the command of the best super-capital FCs in the game.
¤ We offer a comprehensive ship stocking/reimbursement program.
¤ Very laid back atmosphere where real life comes before EVE.
¤ We play a small variety of other games including but not limited to League of Legends, Firefall, MechWarrior and some others and always looking for more.
¤ Capital reimbursement program going into place as well but not quite there yet.
¤ Ratting 0.0 zones for those who need to make ISK and build that wallet up.
¤ Member(s) enjoy an active access to the decision making process of the corporation. If it makes sense, we'll probably do it.
¤ PVP Training & Guidance for new pilots by some of the best PVP pilots in the game.

Kamikaze Tactics has several ship types REQUIRED for membership:
Note: You do NOT need to have nor be able to fly all of these ships below only at least one.

¤ Capital & Super-capital
¤ Black Ops
¤ Force Recon
¤ Stealth Bomber
¤ Pilots w/ Covert Cyno are a plus

Kamikaze Tactics REQUIRES the following for membership:

¤ Microphone, TeamSpeak3 & Mumble
¤ Be an active pilot
¤ Full Account-Wide API Key
¤ Commitment to the Corp
