Exploration sites are distributed randomly....so there is no good or bad system, it's a dice roll, you are either lucky and roll 6 or unlucky and roll 1.

Ok, and those sites dont despawn as long as no one clears them right? So a system full of ladar and gravimetrics, will stay like this atleast until next downtime?

What about respawn when I did a site? Heard it respawns 6mins after it was cleared, but I never found a new complex after I finished one in system.

Is the loot different in other regions? Im in amarr space right now.

Sites respawn randomly, so you clear a site, it will respawn elsewhere, not necessarily in the same system (though there's a very small chance that it might)

A site will despawn when someone completes it or until DT 3 days after it is first warped to. Some grav sites often last the full 3 days if people clear out the more valuable ore and leave the rest.

It's very random but you might get lucky and make a lot off a single site. The last trip I made lasted a few days and most sites were a bust, but I found one with a blueprint I ended up selling for 200 million so that sort of made it all worth it. It's usually either boom or bust with exploration.
