Fiction and Eve news on CQ screens

I find i dont use CQ because there is nothing to do.

Is it possible to have eve news and also fiction portal content on the CQ screens ?

- the daily news content could be downloaded to the client each downtime. Just text and a few static images so bandwidth is minimal. Just gameworld news not eve gets 500k subscribers etc..

- It would be more immersive. (Ooo i said the "I" word) if we could read the short stories, chronicles etc on the screens.

- the screens need to increase in size to make reading text clearer and would require some text scrolling functionality.

Surely this cant be too hard to do ?

I do agree that the billboards and CQ screen should get up-to-date RP news. However, currently I'm fine with the ticker just serving as hyperlinks to the stories themselves.
