I would aim to bring a merry band of outlaws along for the fun, but the high-sec rally isn't very workable. Do you plan to go straight into HED or is there a suitable alternative rally point for outlaws? Pirate

Alternatively I'm sure we could hang out in Nourbal in frigates until go-time...
