What are you wanting to use the tengu for? PvP or PvE?

I am wishing to use it for gang PVP atm.

If you try and use a railgun tengu for PVP people will laugh at you and then you will die.

Look, I have yet to see ANYONE build a rail Tengu, especially the kind I am wishing to build. I dont think it will work but I have the isk and the guts to actually try it. In the end I will settle for missiles more than likely but there is nothing wrong with trying new things. That attitude is the kind of attitude that holds back much of humanity.

have you try to use something that's pretty similar to rail tengu? for training purpose before jump in the real one? if you haven't i suggest you fit something to learn the way to use it
