I'll join the dog pile of approval for the noctis. If you are going to salvage, a noctis is a must, especially in l4's. The distance that wrecks can sometimes be and and the sheer number of them, means that the noctis will drastically cut down on how long it takes you to salvage. I use to salvage in a coercer, and once I switched to the noctis I didn't look back. Love being able to warp in, not move an inch, and get every wreck in the pocket.
