As yet, still no email stating that the character has been transfered. Based on your email, the character should be in my account at 01:44 today...which was more than 1/2 hour ago.

At this time I would like you to refund my isk, which was paid in the amount of 5.8bil.
If you still want to sell your character, I'd be willing to renegotiate our agreement.
