You mean you need welfare right? Wrong game buddy... the big ISK is for those actually risking their crap out there. Grow some balls and run some Sleeper sites in C1-C2-C3 wormholes, or drop down to some badly secured 0.0 renter buffer zone to rat a couple of hours.
