Capital Navigation Screen and NPC Null

Hello Ladies and Gents.

I was getting ready to start my journey back into our Nullsec home, when I decided to check the Capital Navigation Screen once more to make sure I had my optimal route set. When I suddenly notice that there is another possible system which will use up less fuel, and is still in range of my second way point! I immediately dock-up and check the system. Turns out it belongs to the Thukker Tribe... then it hits me: "I thought Cyno Generators needed Sov. to be on-lined!"

Now I'm confused.... can it be possible that this is a bug? Could it be that there is indeed a Cyno Generator in NPC Null? Am I going to jump my Capital and get blasted by.... something? Will I somehow bend space-time and end up in another dimension, filled with pain and suffering a la Event Horizon? Shocked (If I do, then I will come back to haunt you in about 15 years... Evil)

Can anybody shed some light here? I'm not sure if I want to jump there now... What?

Do you mean "cyno jammers" when you say "cyno generators"?

Do blue normal Cynos show up on the Cap Nav Screen?

Cyno generator arrays def need Sov, so I'm baffled as well. What system was it?

There would be no cyno beacons in great wildlands, might have been a bug. The station systems in GW also tend to be heavily camped, probably not a good choice for a midpoint.
