People have used smartbombs like that for years, it's nothing new and nothing special. They have a niche job, which works well when done right. You can't ask for anymore.

The idea that buffing smartbombs will help simpletons to PVP is jsut beyond words. This must be an organised troll

I thought that's what rocket equipped frigates were for?

Orbit at X, activate scram, activate webs, activate rockets.
