Start a new corporation with a place holder CEO - put 1000's of researched BPOs in stations with lots of manufacturing slots available. Charge people a monthly fee to be in the corporation and use the BPOs, you can calculate a fee for the use of the BPOs as you know at any one time a person can at maximum have 11 manufacturing jobs.

The management is simply in corp members, you could also do similar services with POS lab slots and in the future with the new planetary interaction. Have a vast network of resources which people are effectively renting from you at a set monthly fee. You could naturally set up restrictions on what corp members can do or which BPOs they have access to using different methods - main risk is having dicks renting who cancel other peoples jobs for the lols.

What you guys did sent to me

Have gone through them and laughed hard about in game mails of people suggesting to shoot up my own (supercap) customers to boost demand and other creative thoughts. There were also many ideas on market manipulation (PLEX, LP, low cost items, etc) and many ideas requiring foresight (e.g., ICE items going up in price soon, etc etc). These are undoubtedly great ideas - but I do not feel at ease with these, as I can't verify them and might get burned.

However, have made a shortlist of 10 ideas that are going to compete for the top 3 prices. I will send the originators of these 9 ideas a mail and ask them to elaborate their ideas in terms of:
margin potential ("what can you earn on these items?")
volume potential ("how much of them could one sell?")
investment requirements ("what do you need to spend to get into the business?")
explaining me (in game) how it works technically (e.g., buy XYZ BPO, lock them down via mechanism ABC, rent out via 123, etc)
