Before you flip Sh*te about me posting in the wrong thread, I could not find a proper recommendations thread, i'm also half asleep, so link me to that forum if that exists, Otherwise read below













I think it would be a really cool idea to be able to customize the various sounds of the UI with either out of game WAVs, or some other random sounds within the game. Where you would be able to customize I would not know. But who doesnt want to rip the sound of the start up of a Mech in Mechwarrior, stick into the undock sound, and when you pop out, your UI says "Reactor online, Weapons online, Shields Online, All systems nominal" (I'm sure I borked up the quote completely, shattap =( ). Or when your shields are nearly depleted and you have your UI saying "Captain, Shields are almost down!".

Anywho, this probaby sounds all sorts of derpy, so im going to go get to sleep.

its not about posting in the wrong thread, its about posting in the wrong forum. you even got that wrong.

also, if we had an independent volume setting for UI sounds, im set.

Its simple to do but I'm pretty sure its in the EULA you cant modify the client. Dunno its TL;DR its bad enough having to scroll that far.

Customizable UI sounds would be peachy, especially with volume controls.

Features & Ideas is the correct sub-forum.

If you use botting software only to "customize" sounds (assuming python injection is still being used), would that still be considered a "no-no"?
