Captured this image while in orbit over the planet after hearing a rumor that the Federal Defense Union was hiring ground-based mercenaries to fight against a corporation known as Ostrakon Agency. Further more, there's been hearsay that The Black Eagles are somehow involved in all of this.

Regardless of what is going on down there, one thing is for certain: There's a lot of small arms fire and explosions. I'm curious as to how many civilians are being caught in the crossfire of all this? Starting to look like a PR nightmare for both sides if it keeps up.

Dear Nomistrav, thats a very.... ummm..... non identifiable planet at night picture you have there.
I don't suppose you have anything better than third person hearsay on any of this.

No, it's happening. Iknow a Subdreddit merc who says the FIO are involved down there.

He claims not to have seen any civilians in the combat area yet though.

Former associate of mine that is a ground based mercenary reported this when he entered the engagement field. I flew in to investigate and this was what I saw. From his reports there's a lot of mixed groups with no real association - seems they're all there solely for the combat itself or some kind of reward... With which he did mention that Federal Intelligence would be rewarding them with something, but did not say as to what..

The battle has taken place on all districts...

Looks like it wasn't far off from the truth. Black Eagles were involved alright. Something both the Gallente and Caldari should be paying attention to with the recent turn of events...

M. Laguz is to be commended for his actions. Turning these criminals over to the Black Eagles, so they can be tried in a court of law, is the proper action. He was alone among capsuleers in supporting us this day. It is a testament to his loyalty that he took this action when his peers were attempting to assist criminals. I will personally see that he is awarded for his service.

So Thoun will be putting the gun to the back of Laguz's head himself, will he?

Crap, I didn't think of that when I dropped a hundred and fifty large on the bastard's head.
