Interesting layout...

Small gun spec's at 4, medium & large at 5 for short-ranged options... So you fly cruiser-BS class "in your face" armor tanked ships from the look of it.

Just wondering, why train fighters if you don't do capitals?

If you are looking at occasionally doing a POS bash from a dread or the like, take Tactical Weapons Reconfiguration up to 5 (nice "delay decision" skill). The T2 siege mode it adds 140% more damage vs "5% per level" of training a given gun to 5.

Another shorter "delay the decision" choice: You have anchoring at 5 - there's no reason not to train Starbase Defense Management so, if needed, you can do the POS gunner schtick. A "just in case" skill and it doesn't train up that slowly.

As for other stuff:

Flesh out your Frigate & crusier skills for the other races. It'll open up the T2 variants there (such as bombers - if you use them) and the pirate faction ships -- some of which I imagine you'd have some fun flying.

Train up your shield compensation skills and such. If you do need to fly a shield tank -- and there are situations, such as wormhole runs, that you may want/need them -- having them trained can be handy.

No, training Caldari doesn't mean you have to train/use missiles. The naga is a fine BC and the basalisk is the counterpart to the Guardian if you need to support a shield run. Also, there is an old, rather famous, "blaster Rokh" fitting for "in your face" style battleship fun.

Flesh out your EW skills a bit more (recon 5 I noticed) It's good to have those skills across the board. Besides Weapon Disruption 4 with Turret Destabilization 4 is a good way to go.

Graviton Physics to 5 -- T2 HIC generator - if you use HIC's.

All in all, you seem to have a lot of options open still. It's your call on how you want to proceed but the above are a few suggestions.

First off:
I think you are in a position to do a full on, hard line remap. Pick one path or another and go at it for 6 to 9 months.
Add some +4's to that specific map.

Int/Mem
Thermodynamics
Graviton Physics
Astrometrics PP
Astrometrics RF
Astrometrics AQ
Tactical Logistics Config ( You never know)
Electronics skills at V's as long as you can stand it. (Some will add to your Recon effectiveness)
Max out your T3 skills on the way

Per/Will
Ship and guns. Just keep doing more and more to V's
Consider Caldari Cruiser V for the Falcon. If you like Recons, it is fun.

Maybe pick a ship you like and make it PERFECT.
Astarte for instance will need
Gallente drone spec V
Command ships V
Thermodynamics V
Armor rigging V

Just suggestions (except the remap, that needs to be done)
Nice character.
