Whenever i jump into a system or load into a station there is a 95% chance that instead of showing the "loading bar" the screen goes black for anywhere from 2-5 seconds then flickers back in and finishes loading.

As you can see this can be problematic when running fleet ops because you will fall behind 2-5 seconds and not "warp to outgate" with the rest of the fleet.

Any solutions/fixes will be appreciated. (note my graphics are set to medium. i have the same problem if they are set to low)
