Training Queue Suggestion

I'm gonna ruffle a few feathers here, but here's my thoughts:

The skill queue is great when you have lots of short items, but not much use when training lvl 4/5 items. Maybe a compromise would be to make the queue both a 24h limit and a count limit. So, you could still put dozens of lvl 1/2 skills on there and fill up a 24h period, or you could put on say 3 longer skills back to back. I understand the counter argument that it's to encourage people to log in frequently, but understand that some of us can't log in that often and needless micromanagement will soon discourage us. So there has to be a balance.

Also, I think they should drop skillbooks altogether. They serve no purpose other than being a one-off money sink. There's plenty of money sinks in the game already and there's no real benificial gameplay from having to aquire them; it's just a trip to an NPC station or Jita. Make all skills available to everyone.

I'd also like to train multiple characters at the same time, I'd happily pay more to do this. Currently my other character slots are only useful for PI or trading alts. I'd love to be able to have some in FW and some in RvB, so when I'm bored of what my main character is doing I can have a change of scenery and not miss out on training.
