White Screen of Death

For quite a few months now whenever I'm running 2-3 clients I'll get the "white screen of death" from time to time. It last somwhere between 15 seconds to 2 minutes or ends up crashing the client. It usually occurs when jumping to a cyno, opening up the inventory or clicking on a kill report/persons name or or just unminmizing the client in general. Even logging in fixes it sometime

My Specs:
4 GB DDR2 Memory
QQ6600 @ 2.4 Ghz
Nivida GTX 430 1GB

Internet runs @ 25 mb/s down 5mbs/ Up (not sure if this effects anything)
