Launcher won't start "Exception"

Hello, I just got the game today and have been having issues starting the game client. Every time I try to launch it I get an error "Exception" and the first line of the error says "Exception during Controller._UpdateClient." I have had this problem on two separate computers while using the demo client. I was able to finally get it to work on one computer after trying to launch several times, but I won't have access to that computer for a few days. Is there anything at all I can do to fix this?
