Client Freezing - Then less than 10 FPS until relog.

I just resubbed after not playing for about six months and never had this issue before I unsubbed.

Just like the topic says. I can play anywhere from say 20 minutes to a couple hours then suddenly my computer will go black screen, and then become unresponsive for about ten seconds. When the client comes back from black screen I'm left with less than 10 FPS per client until I relog my characters. Also, my characters take an excessively long time to disappear from local even when I warp to a station to log.

I'm running:
i7-950 OC'd to 3.8 w/ Hyper 212+
Gigabyte UD3R Motherboard
6GB Corsair Dominator RAM
Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB GPU
256 GB M4 SSD
Fatality X-fi Soundcard
Windows 7 64 Home

When I first saw this issue I immediately recognized it as an "out of memory" issue, so I checked my system resources and noticed that not only is the game devouring large chunks of memory, but my CPU is running flat out.

This, in essence, makes the game unplayable for me since I live and fight in null sec and can't risk having a crash mid fight or while pursuing industrial activities.
