how to by pass rule #11(without breaking it or any other rule)

As such, this type of discussion is strictly prohibited under the forum rules. go to the dust forums, it doesn't exist there, and therefore CCP can do nothing about your posts

NOTE ISD: any locking of this thread will be reported as it does NOT break rule 11 and it is NOT a troll post, it is providing people with a way to provide publicly problems with abuse by people within ISD. it is NOT discusing moderation actions
