I would always use pulse as small beams suck imo. swap out salvager for a neut, personally i used MWD instead of a afterburner, and swap out web for a scram or they will just warp away whenever they want. Ive never seen or tried a nano punisher, but i cannot belive that is a good setup on it as its a good brawler(tanking dmg at your optimal orbit) with a plate+adaptive.

And since your only 6 days old i would skip rigs entirely untill u get the hang of how basic pvp works and how the punisher flies or its just a waste of isk. Fit up 10-20 rigless punisher and go get them all killed is my recomendation.

Word of advice: always fit a Damage Control. Unless you specifically know what you're doing and why you don't need one, you probably need one. It gives non-stacking penalized resistances to all your 3 tank types, with a huge amount to your structure, adding a large chunk of hit points. Read the linked article above for more details.
