I've started converting a bunch of film clips to the bik file type and put them in the CQScreenvideos. Technically, they work and display on the main screen, but they're buggy, the video has static/strange colours and the sound is jittery.

I've tried from 40k bit rate to 75k bit rate, and messed around a lot with the rest of the settings, but nothing much has improved.

The closest thing to perfection I achieved was 40k bit rate with the "go bwah" clip on youtube (it was so short, so converting it repeatedly with different setting was fast):

but even with files in a better quality to begin with still produced poor results.


So, the question, has anyone successfully converted a film clip and displayed it in-game with success, and if so, how did you do it?
