What skills should I invest in to properly run a Dragoon destroyer?

You should focus on getting T2 light drones, and then work on armour tanking skills. Destroyers are really quite easy to train in to. Look at the recommended certificates for an arbitrator, then train those, as the Dragoon is essentially a mini arbitrator (minus the tracking disruptors)

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone
