Physical Description: Arduin Remloc Bruelle a 27 year old male Intaki, 188 cm tall, weighing 83 kilos. He has brown eyes, short cropped black hair and is currently sporting a carefully manicured goatee and mustache.

Childhood (YC 088-101): Bruelle is a very common surname in the Gallente Federation. So much so, that it has spawned the common phrase “Keeping up with the Bruelle’s”. On my first soccer team at the age of six, there were two other Bruelles out of ten kids. We were probably related how, but they were new to me. Coach Lana had to resort to yelling out our first names instead of last.

Speaking of my childhood, I grew up on Gallente Prime, or Luminaire VI - Crux - Essence. We lived on an estate in the suburbs of the City of Galt about 1300 km from Caille. I lived in the same house all my life, well until I was old enough to go off to boarding school. An interesting tidbit about the City of Galt - it was named after the prophet and founder of the ancient Church of Galt, John Galt. There is much debate among theological archeologists about the lineage and identity of John Galt. One common theory is that John Galt and John Lennon the Baptist of another religion are in fact the same person. Another thought is that John Galt is a Gallentean time traveler that went back into pre-warpdrive time to free an ancient civilization from slavery and oppression. I'm not very religious, so I don't have an opinion one way or another. But, this should explain why there is a huge sign as you enter the City of Galt that reads, "Who is John Galt?".

My father was the Honorable District Judge Akari Bruelle. He is the most conservative judge of District 11 and possibly the entire Federation. In addition to having a constitutional law degree, he also has a doctorate in Judicial History. My mother, on the other hand, is an artist and business woman. Her name is Devlin Hakari-Bruelle and she owns a small art gallery dedicated to Intaki New Media. She is a true free spirit and she gives my father fits all the time. They must truly love each other or else they would have been divorced a long time ago. I guess opposites DO attract.

I have a two younger sisters. Kathryn is five years my junior and Petra is nine. Kathryn got pregnant at the age of 17 which caused a huge problem for the family that almost cost my father his seat on the bench. All is good now and my niece Uma is an angel and I would do anything for her. As for the young cadet that knocked up Kat… well, he was sent away on some god-forsaken assignment patrolling a nebula against booster harvesters. No one has heard anything about or from him since.

My kid sister Petra is the best. She’s a competition gymnast and a three time Gold Medalist in the Federal Games. Now she’s touring the quadrant being on talk shows and speaking to youth everywhere about what it takes to be your best and how boosting is bad. I actually saw her face on a case of Quafe the other day – weird. Whatever she chooses to do with her life, she will succeed because she has that intense, goal-oriented, driven personality.

Early Education (YC 101 – 105): At the age of 13, I was sent away to a boarding school called The Elban’s School in the grand city of Caille, on Gallente Prime. I say boarding school, bit in actually it is one of the finest (and most expensive) prep schools in the Federation. From freshman to senior, those four years laid the foundation for my future. I learned the difference between “Being Good” and “Not Getting Caught” as well as the importance of friends and contacts. While at Elban’s, I tried many things from sports to theater. But I found that my creative love is for digital art. I guess, I got that from mom.

I ended up graduating third in my class and received invitations from nine top universities. Of course, mom and dad wanted me to select each of their alma maters, but in true Gallentean fashion, the choice was left totally up to me. There were a couple of those sleepless nights when I just wanted someone to decide for me, but after many trips and much consternation I elected to enter into the Federal Naval Academy.

Military training (YC 106-111): I thought that being the son of a District Judge and a top graduate from Elban’s would have given me an initial leg-up in the FNA, but I soon found out that 80% of the students there were just as smart as me, or smarter and came from similarly impressive lineages. For the first time in my life, I found that I really had to work hard at something. At first I struggled, but soon got my footing and began making a name for myself without having to lean on who my parent were. After five years, I graduated in the upper 25% of my class, which doesn’t; mean that I slacked off and coasted at all. It means that there are some damn smart and hardworking officers in the FNA.

Current Activities (YC 112-current): After graduating from the Academy and doing my required round of crap jobs, I finally received a posting on Couster II as a FNA Tactical Procurement and Supply Officer. My contract with the FNA will be ending soon, so it’s time to start thinking about what the next stage in my life will look like. I can always extend my contract with the FNA, but in my dealings with so many corps every day, going private could be an interesting possibility as well. Provided I get in with the right corp. Whatever I do, I‘m sure it won’t just be a job, it’ll be an adventure.
