Camera tracking problem. . . Help please?

Whenever I click on a target, either in my overview or one which I have locked, my screen starts following that target, which is really annoying me. I've checked that I have camera tracking disabled in my dscan overview, but the problem still persists. I'm pretty sure it started with me accidentally hitting a hotkey, which for the life of me I can't find again.

Any advice on resolving this problem would be appreciated.

CCP, in their infinite wisdom, added the cinematic feature, and instead of letting you choose, they simply bound it to a random key, which happens to be right under "D"....go figure.
