Not going to work, period. No matter how much I do the math you just can't get it unless you go the idiotic "the minerals I mine don't cost anything!" route. Then you can go that low. Otherwise you'll average 2m.

If you can't throw 5 mill at a frig you shouldn't pvp.

Find a decent isk source... flying 1-2 mill frigs is not going to be all that fun since you will die a lot more than you would otherwise.

Fweddit has had a lot of experience fitting cheap ships to get the job done. Check their lossboard, I mean, killboard to see what I mean.
