If you have not been paying attention, KAIRS has moved to a new alliance, Existential Anxiety. This was done after LOST underwent an "inside out" hostile takeover of sorts (details withheld until confirmed/official), which impaired executorship and diplomatic functions within the alliance.

I heard from The Mittani's GalNet portal that the split was due to Kairos Syndicate and other corporations living in C1-3 space wanting to form something more than merely a mutual defence pact, whereas the others corps living in C4-6 space wanted things to remain as they are. Is this true, Tarunik?

But of course. Anoikis is all about yanking chains: wormhole chains, cap chains, logistical chains, and social chains. I'm guessing he pulls them all? It's certainly interesting to hear something from the exploration community instead of the same tired-out kspace groups for a change, in any case.

I'll have to send this to Bane. Well done Streya.
