How long does it usually take to reactivate an account?

Hi fellow Capsuleers
I've recently come back to Eve after a long time away hunting champions on the Field of Justice (League of Legends). Myself and a few friends of mine decided to give Eve another go, some are new to the game and some have already had the pleasure of getting podded.

My problem right now is that I do not remember my account/password as I change them for all games, I do however have all the other neccesary details that I need to get my account back per a petition.

It seems however that all GMs have been recently podded them self as I'm still waiting. The first response to my petition was pretty much instant, then the 2nd reply took over a day, then the 3rd took another day but now I’m waiting for the last 5 days. I replied with all the information I was asked for but now I'm in limbo as I do not want to start from scratch.

I don’t want to make a new petition to chase a petition as this is just a scumbag move and since there is no forum section for these kind of threads I’m resorting to the general discussion forum.

Does anyone know what to do?

I reactivated almost immediately. Of course, I still had the original e-mail address active but i did not remember my password. I answered the security question and they emailed me a new password. If you don't still have access to the e-mail adress this could be probematic.

You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friends nose. Unless you podded them...and collected their corpse.
