BTW: "Spiced" is preciesly what you should've noticed. Witbeirs usually are, to compensate for their otherwise very mild flavors.

One of the local microbrews is probably my all time favorite..but its just not available everywhere. Hood Canal Brewery's Dosewallips Special Ale. If youre in the Pacific Northwest or even Vancouver Is. and BC you can find it, and youll be happy you did.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
