Banned for a nonsense reason - Petitions don't help, PLEASE HELP ME!

Could be wrong here but, I'm fairly certain that while your account is banned, training is also suspended. If it's a mistake on CCP's part, you should get the number of banned days credited to your account.

If you're really lucky, you may get your banned days credited as unallocated SP, but I wouldn't count on it.

You were banned because what Amazon did was essentially a charge back, for which it has always been CCP's policy to autoban the account in question.

Show me the thread, knowledge base or in fact any relevant article that comes up when searched for.


As far as CCP's answering your petition, cut them some slack, let them actually investigate the issue, determine what happened, contact Amazon maybe. Did it occur to you they might be waiting for someone at Amazon to get back to them so they could resolve the issue? No, you just went full nerd rage and blamed CCP for following their own internal policies.

Show me their internal policies if you know of them. Or are you just assuming? You might say that 3 days is not enough time and if I had received any update or any timescale whatsoever from the GMs then I would accept that and wait but there has been no mention of this at all. 3 days in which time I received one GM reply asking what account was banned even though I had clearly stated it and another GM reply stating that my account was banned as Amazon refunded an order. Neither of these GMs has gotten back in touch with any update or information.

Then to compound your utter dumbassedness, you came to the forums to find champions for your plight, when all we can do is either commiserate with you or mock you. As most of us have little sympathy for stupid at the levels you seem to be generating, option 2 is really all you're going to get. You are not a special snowflake, you will not get special treatment, and you should have double checked your order before hitting submit, like a reasonable person.

By failing to add a discount code I'm an utter dumbass? I wonder if that may be a slight over-reaction to the situation in order to rile me?

I didn't come to the forums for a champion, I'm more than capable of championing my own cause. I came to the forums, as already stated, to hopefully further highlight my situation to someone who may be able to help. Even if that doesn't happen then at least it highlights a problem that exists with the agreement with Amazon.

Finally, accept that this entire situation is, in fact, your fault, for failing to complete the entire order form right in the first place.

Another blatant troll but its worth saying that nowhere have I blamed CCP for my mistake nor in fact have I caused this situation in any way. I asked Amazon if they would honour the discount code retrospectively, I did not ask for a full refund or a cancellation.

I think I've done a pretty good job at answering the only coherent post from the last few replies, even if it was littered with innacuracies, half truths and assumptions.
