I am in the market for a Caldari mission runner. Character must be 10+ million SP and be primarily skilled for missions. I'd prefer it has some standings for missions but I can start from the ground up on standings for the right price.

he was runing lvl 4 missions for carthum conglomerate (he is now with out a ship. sold it to pay for main account)

he has 4-5 research agents i cant remember if it is 4 or 5 lol

he was starting his cross training to matari
