Expot Overview broken?!

If I export a Overview nothing happens. I haven't tried it for half a year or so and now it's not working anymore. Can someone confirm that it's broken or not?

Seems fine for me, but broken for one of my friends. Curiously, IMPORT is working for him at the same time. Means, the folder is still there.

I tried it on another account and it works... Maybe just a fresh install is needed. My Client still shows the Inferno splash thing while starting
