Join their corporations, steal everything they give you roles for & kill as many of their dudes as possible. After this you fit a cloak & sit in a safe spot. Refuse to dock up until they pay you 500million isk.

I'd say stay clear of them, you'll end up wth 50k+ blues living in a fantasy world thinking you're all about pvp.

A care-bear, is someone who does not let you gank them as easily and as often as you feel you should be able to.

This is not a signature.

Not to be confused with null-bears, carebears sit in empire and whine alot about how the game is unfair, and wanting CCP to make their mining barges ungankable while complaining about the price of building stuff is too high, and waah I can't make enough isk.

Null-bears are different, they have plenty of isk, lots of 'blue' (not the colour, but the standing between corps, blue = good) friends, huge potential of making isk depending on where they live, intel channels to let them know that hostiles are in the area etc, yet look down at the empire scrubs Roll

It's an over-used term for anyone who doesn't choose to go down the Player Ship vs Player Ship route, used by people who want people to play the game the same way they want to.

Yes there is a sense of entitlement on all sides, the industrialists want to be left in peace to do what they want to do, and the PvP'ers want big fat juicy targets to shoot so they choose carebears to gank etc.

But since this is probably a troll post, who cares P

Some people don't distinguish between the two and call anybody that doesn't do ship to ship PvP a carebear, I'm in agreement with you though, the latter are the true carebears, and give the rest of us industry/PvE types in the former group a bad name.

I know of carebear gankers.

Basically people in NPC corps who gank miners in hi sec.

The irony!

This, I also know a corp that exclusively sit in 0.4 and call themselves Hardcore PVPers, spending there days killing low skill players doing L1 and L2 security missions and miners, and camping the station they RENT an office in killing people after they have purchased their goods ......

The definition of carebear to me is your common playground bully, that thinks they are clever doing the above activities yet never venturing into REAL dangerous, and competitive zones.

Carebearing is what every single self-appointed PvP god devotes all his other accounts to.

Also, carebears are those whose wallets sport twenty figures, I think.

And if I'm not mistaken, people joins big Alliances to be able to carebear in peace against big fat rats and Arkonor rocks the size of al olympic stadium in exchange for periodically joining a fleet of lemmings, locate a face in Local at a stranger's command and press F1.
