cant log on to the server

ever since the update i haven't been able to connect with the server. it keeps saying that i dont have internet or a connection to the game ive at my wits end. ive done everything i tested the connection and i've checked my firewall and my router and still cant log in don't know what else to do. someone please help

this is the message i keep getting
No connection could be made to the content server. Please make sure that your Internet connection is up and restart the Launcher.
